Ramen buyers withdraw motion for new price-fixing trial

( March 7, 2019, 00:07 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Direct and indirect classes of Korean ramen purchasers have withdrawn their motion for a new trial following a jury verdict in favor of Ottogi and Nong Shim on price-fixing claims. The plaintiffs "have determined to accept the Judgment entered in this action on January 11, 2019," attorneys for the classes wrote in a court filing today.
