The allegations were filed by newcomer Reliance Jio against the three incumbent operators, including Idea Cellular, with the latter petitioning the court for a stay on the probe order on June 22. RJio had claimed that the three telcos formed a cartel to deny it adequate points of interconnection, leading to major call failures on its network.  ...
