Self-reported corrupt commodity deals may get leniency from CFTC if firm cooperates, remediates

( March 6, 2019, 22:04 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Commodity trading firms that self-report foreign corrupt practices, such as bribery, to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and cooperate fully and remediate effectively can presume that CFTC enforcers will not recommend the imposition of civil penalties.
