Chinese garlic producer argues it was deserving of a separate rate in 18th administrative review

( December 11, 2014, 17:17 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Shijiazhuang Goodman Trading has filed a motion for judgment on the agency record for the US Department of Commerce failing to include Goodman in the final results of the 18th administrative review of garlic from China. Goodman argues it was a party independent from the Chinese government and Commerce was wrong by ruling Goodman was not entitled to a separate rate because it had no bona fide sales.See document below....
