However, Peter Pinckney can only seek redress for the copyright breach of any sales of the album on the French territory. For the unauthorised reproduction and marketing of the album itself, Pinckney may need to sue the British and Austrian companies behind it in those countries where those breaches took place.The ruling in C-170/12 is attached....
