CADE approves requests to produce documentary evidence, but not testimonial and expert evidence, in forex cartel probe

( June 28, 2017, 18:40 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Brazilian competition authority approved requests from Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch, Nomura, Royal Bank of Canada, Standard Chartered and Standard de Investimentos to produce documentary evidence as part of an investigation into several banks for allegedly manipulating the foreign currency exchange rate, according to a statement published in today's Official Journal.
