Goldman Sachs documents in cable-cartel appeal can stay secret, EU's top court says

Goldman Sachs was included in the European Commission's decision as it had a financial investment in one of the cable makers. The court's president ruled that confidential information in Goldman Sachs' General Court appeal can be withheld from Prysmian SpA and Prysmian Cavi e Sistemi Srl, which intervened in the appeal.Court order below:...
