Berec elects 2016 chair, 2015 work programme

Berec also adopted a number of reports and documents, including its 2015 work programme, 2015-2017 strategy, a report on transparency of international roaming offers and the implementation of broadband best practice. The group also launched a questionnaire on the regulation of oligopolies in telecom markets.
