Fengyang housing regulator ends anticompetitive practice after probe by Chinese regulator

The Fengyang housing regulator had no legal ground to designate providers of bike-sharing services through a public bidding process, which excluded other qualified operators from entering the market, the Anhui market regulator said in a statement.
