Two more real-estate cartel directors in CMA's sights for disqualification

( February 27, 2019, 15:21 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Competition and Markets Authority has asked the UK's High Court to approve the disqualification of two executives of cartelist real-estate companies from being directors. The CMA in 2017 fined five companies — Abbott & Frost, Warne Investments and subsidiary Gary Berryman Estate Agents, Greenslade Taylor Hunt, Saxons PS and West Coast Property Services — for fixing commission rates. Last April the watchdog secured two director disqualifications and now it wants two more.Statement follows....
