CIT sustains final remand results in oil country tubular goods from Turkey

The court affirms several determinations by the US Department of Commerce, including that the trade agency is not required to apply adverse inferences against companies from countries whose governments provide inadequate responses and that the agency has discretion in calculating the effect of inputs acquired at less than fair value.See document below....
