Chinese securities watchdog fines Hainan Yatai, individuals for trading irregularities

( February 22, 2016, 05:16 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The China Securities Regulatory Commission has issued penalty decisions in five cases — one involving a violation of information disclosure rules, one involving trading based on undisclosed information, and three of insider trading. In the cases, Hainan Yatai Industrial Development Ltd was fined 600,000 yuan ($92,040), and 25 individuals were fined between 4,770,000 yuan and 30,000 yuan each.
