( March 31, 2009, 08:49 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: An advocate general at the European Court of Justice has recommended rejecting 'in its entirety' an appeal brought by the company running Germany's 'green dot' packaging recycling system. Der Grüne Punkt Duales System Deutschland was found by the European Commission in 2001 to be abusing its dominant position, prompting DSD to appeal to the Court of First Instance.
