Dairy Farmers of America say Capper-Volstead antitrust immunity should apply in upcoming price-fixing trial

The remarks come ahead of a price-fixing trial in September in Vermont in a case filed by independent farmers, and follow a US Department of Justice statement of interest saying the allegations against DFA don't fall within the framework of the Capper-Volstead Act.See document below....
