German Telecoms Regulator: Decision on the market for last-mile activation, line sharing

( July 2, 2010, 13:43 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The German telecoms regulator has issued two decisions on regulation in the market for line-activation fees, and the market for montly charges, termination fees and provisioning of shared local loops. Last-mile activation fees will be capped at 30.83 euros, without work at the end-customer, and 53.35 euros where the activation includes work at the end-customer premises.
