Mitsubishi JI project stalled by Bulgaria’s national allocation plan

By Emily Blewett ( August 29, 2008, 09:50 GMT | Insight) -- Mitsubishi’s application for a wind farm project in Bulgaria to be registered under the UN’s Joint Implementation scheme has been held up because Sofia is appealing the European Commission’s decision on its National Allocation Plan (NAP). Interested parties will also have to wait for credits under the JI scheme until the NAP issue has been resolved.
