SQN Investors calls on Yelp to improve performance, add independent directors to board

( December 10, 2018, 14:53 GMT | Official Statement) -- SQN Investors, owning roughly 4 percent of Yelp, has sent a letter to the board of directors of the online local business review company stating concerns around the company’s "underperformance and missed opportunities" and weak corporate governance record.
