France’s Total acquires Reliance’s 76% stake in Gulf Africa Petroleum

( March 30, 2017, 05:44 GMT | Insight) -- Reliance Industries subsidiary Reliance Exploration & Production DMCC has sold its 76 percent stake in Gulf Africa Petroleum to Total Marketing & Services, a subsidiary of French oil and gas company Total SA, for an undisclosed amount, the Financial Express reports. The entities obtained all the requisite regulatory approvals and have successfully completed the transaction.
