UK watchdog reviews car-auction merger remedies

The regulator is anxious that the deal might lead to higher prices in the market for used vehicle auction services in the Newcastle area. If the remedies are found to be suitable, the deal won’t be referred for full investigation. The authority has until Jan. 29, 2016 to decide on the undertakings....
