UK aggregates-levy state aid appeal heard by EU Court

( June 6, 2018, 09:58 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: British Aggregates Association has challenged the European Commission's reopened  investigation into a UK levy on aggregates. The association claims the regulator made a mistake in finding that some exemptions from the levy foreseen under the UK Finance Act from 2001 didn't constitute state aid.
