Here, those allegedly anticompetitive actions purportedly justify a class of more than 21 million people seeking more than one billion dollars in damages. Consequently, the invaluable benefits to both app developers and consumers in the marketplace enabled by Google Play will be severely undermined by Plaintiffs’ antitrust theory,” they argued....
