Hungarian agricultural machinery bid-rigging cartelists fined

( October 13, 2021, 15:26 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Three companies trading in agricultural machinery and spare parts in Hungary have been fined a total of 135 million forint (around $430,000) by the competition authority, for rigging bids in at least 16 tenders. The companies fined are Tempel Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató Kft., Normtec Kft. and Slovak Premium Line s.r.o. Two of the companies applied for leniency, which was not granted because they had misled the authority....
