Plaintiffs suing Gilead over HIV drugs file reply for restarting US antitrust case

And the district court acknowledged that Plaintiffs presented evidence that Gilead unlawfully delayed generic entry through agreements with competitors and a pay-for-delay settlement,” they argued in favor of overturning an ordering that dismissed their antitrust claims against Gilead.See attached file. ...
