Citi, HSBC 'cooperation only' settlement will boost UK bond price-fixing suit, plaintiffs say

"Plaintiff plans to utilize the cooperation from Settling Defendants to allege new evidence of coordination among Defendants in an amended complaint, including particularized allegations derived from chatroom conversations among Defendants," the memo said. "The Settlement does not include a monetary component; it is for cooperation only."...
