Virginia AG to 'fully enforce' one-hour social media limit for teens

Jones made the written declaration that he will "fully enforce" the new provisions added to the state's Consumer Data Protection Act, even as litigation between the state and industry group NetChoice moves forward over whether the new restrictions violate the First Amendment of the US Constitution.Virginia’s attorney general said he’ll “fully enforce” the state’s strict new law that limits minors to spending no more than one hour a day on a particular social media platform, as the state seeks to dismiss an industry group’s legal challenge to those restrictions....
