Google's 'right to be forgotten' UK lawsuits leave judge with balancing act

Google's claim in two related UK lawsuits that the public should be able to see individuals' past convictions in its search results was questioned today by a High Court judge. Mark Warby said the fact some people have showed interest in such information "may be somewhat neutral" in efforts to prove that it should be available, as the second of the two "right to be forgotten" claims drew to a close.
